Rona Preli, Ph.D
Dr. Preli is the prior department chair, director and founding faculty member of the COAMFTE accredited program in Marriage and Family Therapy and the accredited CSWE Master’s of Social Work program at Fairfield University. She has been a licensed, practicing clinician and supervisor for over 35 years. She has served the profession of Marriage and Family Therapy in leadership positions on the state and national level. She trained with Jay Haley and Cloe Madanes and is an expert in Structural and Strategic Family Therapy.

Robert Preli, MA, LMFT
Rob is a graduate of Fairfield University’s Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy program. He is a Structural and Strategic family therapist and supervisor and a former Division I Varsity athlete and coach of a Division I men’s rowing team. He is a specialist in working with couples and families as well as working with athletes and sports teams around issues of performance.

Jay Taylor, Ph.D, LCSW
Jay is a licensed Ph. D in Clinical Social Work with extensive experience in affirmative clinical and community advocacy work. He is an Assistant Professor in the Marriage and Family Therapy program as well as the Clinical Director of the Social Work program at Fairfield University where he specializes in the Narrative and Solution Focused Models and substance use treatment. Jay’s passion for gender equality, LGBTQI, and men’s issues have guided his work in hospital, university, and community settings across the US.

Asha Ghosh, MA, LMFT-A
Asha completed her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Fairfield University. Asha’s approach to working with you is both compassionate and practical, with an underlying belief that, in the moments when difficulty arises, we are presented with a unique opportunity for transformation and growth. Asha will seek to understand the challenges you are facing and support you to move forward. She has over 20 years of experience in yoga and mindfulness practices and will work with you to access your inner wisdom. She has lived in 3 countries and traveled extensively, and enjoys working with clients with diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Irene Park, MA, LMFT-A
Irene is a graduate of Fairfield University’s Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy Program. Her training in Structural and Strategic Therapy enables her to work from a systemic perspective that views problems and their solutions from a holistic context, fostering adaptive and sustainable change for her clients. Her style is collaborative, direct but compassionate, and change oriented. Incorporating techniques from Narrative and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Irene supports her clients by helping them access the transformative potential of harnessing their existing strengths and capacities.

Brianna is a graduate of Fairfield University’s Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy program. She has a passion for assisting families interrupt unproductive patterns of engagement. She has experience working with families, couples and individuals from various multicultural backgrounds.

Lisa LeRoux, MA, LMFT-A
Lisa is a Graduate of the Marriage and Family Therapy program at Fairfield University. She is a Structural and Strategic Family therapist and is a specialist in working with Individuals, Couples, and Families toward overcoming the obstacles and challenges of life, with compassion and understanding. Lisa is passionate about, and dedicated to, serving all members of the community with respect, fairness, and support, especially those in minority groups. Lisa’s mission is to create a safe and welcoming space where clients feel heard and empowered, with the ultimate goal of helping to create positive and lasting change.

Amelia Goduti, MA, LMSW
Amelia Goduti is a Licensed Master of Social Worker (LMSW) and a graduate of the Southern Connecticut State University Master of Social Work (MSW) program. Passionate about psychotherapy, she specializes in evidence-based treatment modalities. Amelia has clinical experience working with children in foster care and with high school students, addressing emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges.
Skilled in clinical assessments, treatment planning, and collaborative care, Amelia is dedicated to providing empathic, client-centered therapy. She is committed to fostering healing and growth, tailoring her approach to meet the unique needs of each individual she works with. Amelia looks forward to continuing her professional development creating a supportive and therapeutic experience for her clients.
