Strategic Solutions strives to provide the highest level of clinical skills and professionalism in the provision of mental health services.
Our approach
Our clinical practice utilizes a co-therapy model, in which two clinicians work together, in tandem, as a team, with each client. We find that this enables the clinicians to be the most creative and productive, and to obtain the most comprehensive understanding of the couple or family’s unique situation to provide our clients with the best possible outcomes.
At Strategic Solutions, it is our vision to work efficiently and quickly toward providing clients with comprehensive, effective, workable solutions to their problems. We promise to be direct and clear in our work, as well as compassionate, while developing an understanding of the whole context and the complexities in which a problem exists.
We approach therapy as a collaborative process with each client, in which we together co-create an understanding of the problems and challenges you may face and thus a path towards a solution.
Our office provides a safe and comfortable environment
All of your appointments will take place in our professional and welcoming ADA compliant office environment. We strive to provide, a warm and inclusive setting where you feel valued, appreciated and accepted.
In-person and remote options
Our office is conveniently located in Milford, CT. We offer session both in person and remotely through Telehealth. Speak with your clinician about which option best meets your needs.
